Match 01

Shirley Santell on the left injured her wrist the day of the tourney. Her partner, Vi Watt, was paired with Len Hallock in a blind draw against the formidable team of Carol Rhoton Jolly and Ginger Horton.

Match 02

Ron Nakat of Franklin (middle) lost his partner to injury as well. He had to take on the team of Bill Bristol (left) and Dave Koch (right). The blind draw made his partner Jerry Jones of Franklin.

Match 03

This is Val Thompson (Franklin 64) and Frank Santell (Franklin 79) against Vern Jones (Cleveland 1956) and Dave Long (Cleveland 1959).

Match 04

Jim Cameron & Jon Smith (1956 Franklin) took on Conrad Schray (1955) and Ted Amato (1963) of Cleveland.

Match 05

Bill Henn (1981 CHS) and Bruce Bartlett (1964 CHS) are matched against Scott Santangelo (1979 FHS) and Roger Williams (1954 FHS)

Match 08

The match between Gary Bishop (1957 CHS) and Dennis Maloney (1960 CHS) versus Len Hallock (1957 CHS) and Steve Woodyard (1956 CHS) was the one pairing that ended up tied 1.5 to 1.5.

David Wear (1958 Franklin) was matched against Cleveland's Wes Walhood (1963) and Bary Corno (1965). David's blind draw partner was Bob Baker.

Match 10

Mike Glanville's (CHS 1960) "blind" partner was Craig Thomas in their match versus Bob Baker (1972 FHS) and Harry Benjamin (1960 FHS).

Match 11

Franklin's Cliff Ashley (left) and Mal Watt (right) both of Franklin's 1950 class have Terry Wiesner and Odis Avritt of Cleveland's 1963 class boxed in prior to their match.
